DCF is the “moving force” behind the on going violations of federal law and violations of the Constitution. This idea of not complying to the 4th and 14th Amendment is so impregnated in their statutes, policies, practices and customs, it affects all and what they do and they take on the persona of the feeling of exaggerated power over parents and that they are totally immune and can do basically do anything they want including engaging in deception, misrepresentation of the facts and lying to the judge. This happens thousands of times every day in the United States where the end justifies the mean even if it is unlawful, illegal and unconstitutional

What we need to do is combine our efforts, write to every government agency including the white house and demand our constitutional rights be restored! We need to go to DCF offices, court houses and the white house and have a Rally. Make them SEE us and get those DCF workers regulated and hold them responsible for breaking laws and violating our rights. We need to be seen and heard until the government does the right thing. Get the attention of the News channels, let them infiltrate DCF and expose them on television! We need to change this travesty of justice before more children and family's are violated by these people.

I just received a notice from Dept of children and families that my children were going up for adoption. The children were taken from their mother Rita Sager the night before she and the children were to return to Florida, they had tickets the next morning. Elaine Diserio obtained a 51A because Ms. Sagers unknown cousin reported a false report to DCF. The judge asked "are there any filing in any other state that would supersede any ruling I would make. Ms. Diserio lied to the Judge saying "No there is not" knowing full well custody was previously filed in the state of Florida for the children to be in the fathers custody here.
There is 18 months worth of pediatric psychiatrist visits that were steady once to twice a month right up until the day the kids left for the MA. vacation. This fact has been hidden because the new social workers Habte ketema and Kim D'errico do not want it known that the older child Samantha Nuzzo had been under psychiatric care for ADD. It is a fact that a psychiatrist is well above expertise of any "DCF trauma counselor" Obviously had there been any reason to suspect abuse of any kind the psychiatrist would hgave known about it and reported it to DCF which was not done because there was no abuse.
My mother Nancy Nuzzo Ray has been asking for custody of my children since this tradgedy occured in MA. Ms. Diserio told her "we do not like Florida DCF and that is why we will not transfer the case to Florida" My daughter told her mother on one of the visitations she had with her in MA. that she had to te
ll the trauma counselor what they told her to say. My daughter asked if Lavinia Wergen (the person who filed the false DCF report and the same person DCF placed my children with) would know what she said to the trauma counselor and the counselor said "yes" so Samantha was unable to tell her she was being forced to lie. Samantha also told her mother and the counselor that she is always hungry because Ms. Wergen will not give her enough food to eat. My daughter told the counselor that Ms. Wergens live in boyfriend is always yelling and she is afraid of him. It can happen to you
We should get the thousands of victims together and fight with everything we've got to free the innocent children and stop the widespread abuse of parents and children by DCF career criminals. Socialism is at its' core, and it will destroy the country if we let it.

- My grandchildren were taken from their mother while they visited a distant relative in MA. (Boston and Lawrence) her cousin filed a false 51A because she was angry with the childrens mother for not staying and living with her and her family because she wanted her to apply for housing/foodstanps and whatever else the cousin wanted to gain from the mother. The childrens mother and father were together and the childrens mother had more than enough money and did not need government assistance. This enraged her cousin and she threatened to punch the childrens mother in the face, so she went to a hotel the night before returning to Florida. She and the kids never got back here, they have been gone since 10/12 . Her cousin told her she would make her life miserable if she did not stay and she has. Her cousin now has custody of the children and is getting income from having the kids. DCF makes up new lies after the original lies were "unsupported" because the 51A was 100% false. Now the cousin and DCF in Lawrence MA. conspire together to make up new charges. The cousin scares the kids and tells them what to say to the "DCF trama counselor" The older child had already been seeing a REAL pediatric psychiatrist for 18 months up until the day she left to visit her mothers cousin, for attention deficit, which her mother has also. DCF completely ignores the real psychiatrist who found no reason to call DCF in 18 months of having my granddaughter as a patient. MA. has laws where anyone can make up lies about another person and have their children removed with absolutely no consequences. Unscrupulous spiteful people are free to just make a call, have little children taken from their beds in the middle of the night and placed in another home. DCF makes bonus money and gets paid from the government to "pretend" they are helping people. The people are being deprived and stripped of our constitutional rights and the government looks the other way, giving DCF full authority to destroy children and their families and obviously they have no conscious, only love for the money and their "authority power seeking" they are not human in my opinion, worse than cockroaches..

The case worker just came to the house where my kids are (grandma) and told her (WE - mom and dad) are losing our visitation rights after we have done nothing but comply. We are in Sarasota Fl. | I have been told that if you can prove the DCF broke their own laws, that they can be successfully sued. I have proof that they broke thier own rules. Does anyone know of any cases where they have been sued and won? Are there any lawyers out there that will help? | |
| Judged: 1 The cases that usually make it to trial are from people that were abused as kids by DCF and are now adults or cases that a child dies under the care of DCF. You can take them to court, if you have a ton of money for a lawyer, as most lawyers will NOT take on these cases for fear of retaliation. These are powerfull people to fight (DCF) and there is a lot of high end coverup. DCF tries to use the immunity law, but that is only if they do not break the law. Typically they lie under oath, perjure themselves, use coercion, fail to follow due process etc. Basically no one cares because it is a corrupt "business" and most of us never dreamed this DCF abuse is or could really happening. I have a clear cut well documented case, but got beat down financially and had to quit. There are also time limitations for suing. | |

| I have a situation...i have been looking for a lawyer to help me protect my family from dcf's harpooning.. Let me explain my problem. About 2 days ago my 11 yr old daughter accused a teacher of inapprioate touching her. By policy school called the police, school board, and dcf. I have nothing wrong with this action. My problem is dcf pulled me aside and explained to me how now since my family is involved with dcf.. they have to {by policy}come to my home for a walk through, and speak to my other children to find out if they are safe in my home. WTH! I feel like this is wrong.. my daughter is a vitim and yet they want to investigate my family and parenting??? | CPS-Letter These posts are pretty old. Are any of you out there still fighting the DCF / CPS? I think we need to join together nationally to fight these SS tyrants. They need to be totally defunded and dismantled. They've been tearing families apart for too many years. They've had their chance, but have used it destroy people's lives instead of saving the kids that really needed their help. Enough is enough! Don't stand for anything less than completely shutting them down. Even put the abusive "civil criminals" in prison, if possible. You know they deserve it. Probably more so than half the people already in prison these days. Otherwise, there is no justice for all the kids and parents they tortured for years. Or should we let God worry about their punishment? These people are like war criminals in the Socialist war against the family. Let's put them on trial and give a voice to all their victims. Let's hear all their stories of how they were officially abused by the criminals running the CPS and the courts, for months and months, years and years. Let the children tell their stories of how they were torn from their parents' arms by ruthless liars, and forced to live with strangers, who would continue fabricating prejudice against innocent parents. You are correct about the corruption after all the problems I had, the only conclusion I ended up with is they do it for money and nothing else? They have no right to come into your house threaten you, write up false reports and TAKE your children, all without "Due Process" | |
I found 1 case here in Florida that was a class action suit,the families won the case,but the lawyer has disappeared... I cannot find him anywhere. I have so much evidence against dcf/cpc/gal everybody it's crazy. Every lawyer I have spoken too just says that the state has unlimited funds to fight and they will until the parents can't afford to go on and have to drop the suit.
